These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Yeppoon Music in-store and through our website. Yeppoon Music is operated by Music At Yeppoon trading as Yeppoon Music, ABN 61 339 487 461, located at 2/26 James St, Yeppoon QLD 4703, Australia.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.

Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and availability are accurate. Because we operate both a physical and online store, an item shown online may occasionally be sold in-store before inventory updates. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

Pricing and Orders

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may correct genuine pricing, typographical or product-information errors. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailable stock. If we cancel after payment, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.

Payment

Payment must be made using a method available through our website or accepted in-store. Orders are generally not dispatched until payment is successfully processed.

Shipping

Yeppoon Music currently ships within Australia only. Shipping charges and options may vary according to product, size, weight and destination. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Eligible products may be returned for change of mind where you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused, in original condition and, where applicable, original packaging, with proof of purchase. Customers are generally responsible for change-of-mind return postage.

Change-of-mind returns do not apply to vintage or pre-loved products, special-order products, clearance or final-sale products, opened or used consumables such as strings and reeds, or products used, damaged or altered after purchase. These exclusions apply only to change-of-mind returns and do not limit Australian Consumer Law rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, contact us. Depending on the circumstances and Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund or another remedy.

Vintage and Pre-Loved Products

Vintage and pre-loved products may show previous use, age, wear or cosmetic imperfections. We endeavour to describe their condition accurately. Disclosed wear, age-related characteristics or imperfections made known before purchase are not change-of-mind reasons for return. Applicable Australian Consumer Law rights remain.

Special Orders and Deposits

Deposits for special-order products are generally non-refundable once Yeppoon Music has placed the order with the supplier. If the supplier cannot fulfil the special order, amounts paid for the unavailable product will be refunded. Nothing in this section limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturer Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are additional to, and do not replace or restrict, rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Website Information

We endeavour to keep website information accurate. Product appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and screens. Manufacturers may change specifications without notice.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Yeppoon Music branding, graphics, photographs and original written material are owned by or licensed to Yeppoon Music and must not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws.
