Yeppoon Music currently delivers orders within Australia only.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges may vary according to the size, weight, value and destination of an order. Applicable shipping charges will normally be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before an order is finalised. Some large, heavy or unusually shaped products may require a customised freight quote.

Processing Orders

We aim to prepare orders for dispatch as quickly as reasonably possible. Orders placed on weekends or Queensland public holidays will generally be processed on the next available business day. Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, regional delivery schedules or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Large and Heavy Products

Large products such as digital pianos, drum kits, amplifiers, speaker systems and other bulky equipment may require specialised freight. Additional freight charges may apply, particularly for regional or remote Australian destinations. Where necessary, Yeppoon Music may contact the customer before dispatch to confirm freight arrangements.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address when placing an order. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change its delivery address.

Delivery Problems

If your order appears significantly delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact Yeppoon Music so we can investigate with the relevant delivery provider.

Damaged Deliveries

If a product arrives damaged, please retain the product and packaging and contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may ask for photographs of the packaging and product to assist with assessment.
